How Resale Works
To optimize tax efficiency and fairness, your purchase is split into two parts: Equity and a Shareholder Loan.
This structure is standard in sophisticated real estate transactions.

1. Right of Refusal

Co-owners have the first right of refusal to purchase your share, keeping the home within the known group.

2. External Offer

If the option is not exercised by co-owners, the share is immediately offered to the external market.

3. VIVLA Support

4. Standard Transfer

The transaction follows standard property procedures, ensuring a clean transfer with no disruption to usage.
