An Operator.
We are not a listing platform; we are the long-term steward of each home, ensuring consistent quality and clear accountability.
Every property is underwritten, acquired, and stewarded with an owner’s mindset, not a broker’s incentive.
This is real property ownership — not usage rights, not points, not a promise.
Arrivals are seamless. Homes are pristine. Maintenance, staffing, and coordination are handled proactively — not reactively.
You enjoy the home. We run it.
Rules are clear. Access is fair. Decisions are structured.
No negotiation, no friction, no surprises.
This eliminates fragmentation, misaligned incentives, and shared responsibility — the root causes of quality decay in co-owned assets.
There is one system. One standard. One accountable party.

Our story
VIVLA's founders, Carlos Gómez and Carlos Floria, dreamed of making second home ownership accessible to everyone. They saw the traditional real estate model as exclusive and limited, so they set out to create a community where families could share experiences and enjoy owning a second home. Today, VIVLA welcomes multiple families, fostering flexibility and a strong sense of community.
