Natural oak-framed thresholds create a visual flow between rooms, while six tall windows—including balconies and bay windows—fill the home with light throughout the day. Restored original shutters and timeless finishes preserve the spirit of the building while enhancing day-to-day comfort. The kitchen features high-end Siemens appliances, stone countertops, and a minimalist yet functional aesthetic. A separate laundry room with dual windows provides practicality without compromising on style. The private wing includes three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and custom wardrobes. The primary suite offers two independent walk-in closets and a luxurious layout. An additional guest powder room—designed with the same attention to detail—adds comfort and discretion.
